Sales Engineers. Candidate must have at least 3-5 years experience
in developing and maintaining contract sales relationships
with Mechanical Contractors, Mechanical Engineers and Commercial
Building Owners/Managers. Candidates should show continued
sales success and possess skills in Qualifying, Presenting,
Selling, Estimating, Proposing, Following Up and Negotiating
the sale of DDC based Building Automation Systems.

Project Managers
Candidate must have 3-5 years experience in an HVAC
related field. Responsibilities include the coordination of
resources to facilitate the efficient installation and start-up
of an engineered control system. Ability to work as part of
the project team is a must. Position requires working knowledge
of the construction process. Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
a must.

Technicians- Building Automation/Direct Digital Control
Candidates should have troubleshooting, HVAC, and
DDC experience. Computer networking and previous BACnet/LON/Modbus
experience is a big plus. Responsibilities include light system
installation, system start-up and service. Ability to read,
write and troubleshoot DDC programming a plus. Ability to work
as part of the project team is a must. Position requires working
knowledge of HVAC and HVAC Control Systems and computer literacy.

Design Engineers
Candidates must have 3-5 years experience in an HVAC
related field. Responsibilities include the design of HVAC
Control, Lighting Control, Card Access and Video Systems, including
component selection and assistance/coordination with Project
Managers and Field Technicians. Ability to read, write and
troubleshoot DDC programming a plus. Ability to work as part
of the project team is a must. Position requires working knowledge
of AutoCAD, MS Word, and Excel.
